This lovely honey is from hives that Lin’s Farm maintains in the hills of the Jerusalem forest. This honey is most certainly a true taste of the Holy land!
Lin’s Farm does not subject their honey to heat treatments, nor do they add any preservatives or chemical additives. As it is 100% pure honey you may notice that it crystallizes in the jar (a result of the purity) You can still enjoy it that way but if you prefer a more liquid texture simply place the whole jar of honey in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes.
